RECIPE
1. 250 ml Nextjen Gluten-free Fish & Chip Batter Mix
2. 375ml Cold Water
Method:
Whisk together and let rest for 5 mins.
Dust fish in Nextjen Gluten-free Fish & Chip Batter Mix then dip in batter and fry at 350° F for 4 mins. for a light and crispy batter.
