- 1 bag Nextjen Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake Mix
- 4 large whole eggs
- 325 ml buttermilk (or any milk of your choice) 150 ml vegetable oil
Pre-heat oven to 325° F. Whisk eggs in mixer until double in volume (4-5 min). Mix in half the bag of Nextjen Gluten-free Vanilla Cake Mix, then add milk and mix, until incorporated. Then add the remaining cake mix followed
by the oil, and mix again, as much as is needed for a smooth batter.
